*Terms and Conditions for Counseling Sessions*

*1. Introduction*
These terms and conditions govern the provision of counseling services by Khushboo Patani as a sole proprietor , operating under the Business name “Khushboo Patani security agency”. By booking and participating in a counseling session, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

*2. Services Provided*
The Service Provider offers counseling sessions aimed at providing support, guidance, and clarity on personal issues. The services may include, but are not limited to, emotional support, coping strategies, and life coaching.

*3. Confidentiality*
All information shared during the sessions, including personal details and the content of the discussions, will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm to the Client or others.

*4. Booking and Payment*
– Sessions must be booked in advance through the Service Provider’s designated booking system.
– Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
– The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received.

*5.If you do not join the session on time, the counsellor will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you fail to join within this time, the session will be considered missed, and no money will be refunded. Please ensure that you are on time to make the most of your session.

*6.Refunds/Cancellations Policy

At Khushboo Patani counselling , sole proprietor Khushboo Patani ,we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with their counselling and tarot reading sessions. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or request a refund. Please review our policy below:

 *7.Cancellations:

  • Once appointment is booked it can not be cancelled. However a client has full right to cancel it or inform us for cancellation but no refund will be initiated.

          .       Reschedule of Appointment

  1. AN APPOINTMENT CAN BE RESCHEDULE BY THE REQUEST OF A CLIENT TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER ONLY ONE TIME .
    The date and time of next appointment will be told by service provider as per the availability and will completely in the hands of service provider .
    2. Rescheduling will be without any any extra cost
    3. ⁠If client fail to apprise service provider 1 hr before the appointment that they want to reschedule the appointment then no refund will be initiated and no rescheduling will be made for them .
    4. ⁠A client can tell us the rescheduling 1 hr before their appointment starts. After 1 hr , rescheduling and refund will not be considered.

*8.Refunds:

  • Refund will only be initiated if service provider fails to join the meeting .
  • If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed and credited to your bank account.
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • In case of any delays beyond the 7 working days, please contact our support team at major@khushboopatani.in , Contact Us : +919419088753.
  • Any workshop or any workshop by the name sweaty soldier conducted under Major Khushboo Patani security agency is not refundable until and unless the instructor itself cancel the workshop.

*10. Disclaimer

– Counseling sessions are intended to provide support and guidance. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
– The Service Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the sessions.

*11. Client Responsibilities*
– The Client is responsible for providing accurate and relevant information during the session.
– The Client acknowledges that their participation in the session is voluntary and that they are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

*12. Age Requirement*
Clients must be at least 21 years old to participate in a counseling session. If under the legal age, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.

*13. Code of Conduct*
The Client agrees to engage in the session respectfully and constructively. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

These sessions are reserved only for serious therapeutic or guidance-related concerns. Any attempt to use the session for casual talking, entertainment, or non-professional intentions will lead to instant cancellation without refund.

We maintain strict boundaries to ensure the safety and integrity of our counseling environment.

*14. Limitation of Liability*
The Service Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Client’s participation in the tarot counseling sessions.

*15. Changes to Terms and Conditions*
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Client via email “support@khushboopatani.in or majorkptarot@gmail.com

*16. Governing Law*
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bareilly, India.

*18. Respectful Communication
All clients are expected to communicate respectfully during sessions. This includes refraining from the use of offensive, inappropriate, or unauthentic language.
 
  a) Definition of Unauthentic Language
Unauthentic language includes, but is not limited to, language that is deceptive, misleading, or fails to represent the truth of the client’s situation or feelings. It also includes language that is abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to the session’s integrity.
 
  b) Consequences of Unauthentic Language
 
 •First Incident: The client will receive a verbal warning, reminding them of the importance of maintaining a respectful and authentic dialogue.
 •Second Incident: The session will be paused, and the client will be given an opportunity to reflect on their language. The session will only resume if both parties agree to continue with mutual respect.
 •Third Incident: The session may be terminated immediately without a refund. In such cases, future sessions may be reviewed and potentially canceled at the discretion of the counselor.
 
  c) Termination of Services
Continued use of unauthentic or inappropriate language may result in the termination of counseling services. In such cases, the client will be informed in writing of the decision, and any prepaid sessions may be forfeited.
 
  d) No Refund Policy
Please note that no refunds will be provided for sessions terminated due to the use of unauthentic or inappropriate language.
 
  e) Agreement
By booking a session, the client agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges the importance of maintaining a respectful and authentic dialogue during all interactions.
 

COUNSELLING ETHICS

At Khushboo Patani Security Agency, counseling sessions are intended to offer emotional clarity, mental well-being support, and self-awareness. The guidance provided during any session is based solely on the information voluntarily shared by the client. The counselor does not provide legal, medical, or prescriptive advice, nor does she take responsibility for decisions made by the client post-session.

All counseling insights are supportive in nature, not directive. Decisions regarding relationships, marriages, breakups, or personal life paths are entirely the client’s own.

Any blame, defamation, threat, or undue interference by third parties (including partners, family, friend or acquaintances) will be treated as a breach of professional boundaries and may invite legal action if the counselor’s integrity, business, or safety is compromised in any manner.

By engaging with Khushboo Patani Security Agency’s counseling services, clients agree to take full responsibility for their personal decisions and acknowledge the non-liability of the counselor in all outcomes.

Terms and Conditions for Sweaty Soldier Peppout Pepper Spray– Personal Safety Products 

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the sweaty soldier Peppout pepper spray website and the purchase of products offered through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 3. All orders placed on the Peppout website are accepted on a prepaid-only basis. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered. Once an order is placed and payment is successfully received, the order is considered confirmed and is processed for dispatch. 7. Refunds, where applicable, are initiated within five to seven working days after approval. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Peppout is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers in crediting the refund amount.
